In this video, I tried to plate a cinnamon cake with vanilla buttercream. I used some almonds as garmishes, and ended up using a bit too many : p
I'm hoping to apply some plating techniques I learned in school and online, and develop my own plated desserts using the plating ideas of myself as well as the pastry chefs I admire.
