Soft dinner roll, brown sugar caramel, cinnamon, cream cheese icing, orange candied raisins.
It was midnight and I was still wide awake (which is unlike me)... what was I doing still awake? After plating the last two videos ( • Plating 03 - South American Flavours w/ Be... and • Plating 02 - Scallops ) my wouldn't stop plating. For some reason it drifted to cinnamon rolls and that's where the idea for this plate came from! However, this plate didn't quite come out as I was hoping but I think there's something worth gleaning from this concept! Plus I had fun doing it! Let me know what you think in the comments below. ;)
