This workout is beneficial for weight loss and maintaining a healthy body weight. It can help to improve overall strength and tone muscles by targeting multiple muscle groups in each workout. Also full-body training helps to boost post-workout metabolism, resulting in additional calories being burned throughout the day. In addition this workout can help to improve cardiovascular fitness by increasing the body's ability to deliver oxygen to the muscles.
🔴 Dumbbell weight: 0.5-1 kg each (for beginners); 1-2 kg each (for intermediate); 2-3 kg each (for advanced).
✅ WORKOUT DETAILS:
♦ 5 rounds of standing exercises
♦ 2 rounds of dumbbell exercises + 3 rounds of bodyweight exercises
♦ 40 sec. work / 10 sec. rest (6 exercises in each rounds)
♦ Low impact interval training no jumping & no repeats
♦ 30 exercises for arms, chest, back, abs, glutes, legs
