Описание: 60 Minute Full Body Power Hour -Strength and No Repeat Cardio Workout. These are always great workouts if you want a little something to help you build lean muscle tissue and burn body fat. Lifting weights helps your body become more metabolic because all of the microscopic tears, need to repair afterward. They do that by using the fuel you feed your body (specifically protein), and increasing the cells in your muscles. This is a fun workout of total body strength, but I made the cardio no repeat so it would go by faster ;)

You will need: A variety of dumbbells
Format: 60/15 repeated strength for 3 rounds, no repeat cardio circuits.
Circuit 1:
Sumo squat foot sweep
Chest press to tate press
No repeat cardio
Thread the needle
x3
Circuit 2:
Deadlift to front lunge
Bentover row to hammer curl
No repeat cardio
Princess sit up
x3
Circuit 3:
Reverse lunge side lunge
Chest flye to press
No repeat cardio
Plank walk out
x3
Circuit 4:
1,2,3,4,5,6 squat pulse
King kong
No repeat cardio
Crunch in kick out
