Описание: 45 Minute Build & Burn Sexy Arm Workout -this was such a fun workout. I loved the format so much. I give you 4 different exercises. The first exercise is a warm up move, then 3 strength, then one final burnout exercise. I will do this for Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders. I hope you love it as much as I did!

Format: 30/10x3 plus 4 minute cardio intervals in between
