1 Medium/Large Onion Blended
3-4 Cloves Garlic
1-2 Habanero/Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Homemade tomato sauce -
18oz/1 can Tomato Paste
1 Large Sweet Bell Pepper
1 Large Carrot
1-2 cubes Shrimp Seasoning
1 tsp All Spice Seasoning or Fish Seasoning
Cooking Oil
Salt to taste
