Juicy Oven Broiled Chicken Recipe | VLOGMAS

Ingredients for Chicken
Chicken Quarters from Walmart -
1 Large White Onion
1 Large Red Onion
2-3 Thumbs Ginger
5-6 Cloves Garlic
2 hot peppers
Fresh Rosemary
Fresh thyme
3-4 leaves of basil (you can substitute with parsley)
1 cube of chicken/shrimp flavor seasoning
Your choice of chicken season
1 hwintia (grain of selim/selim pepper)
3-4 cloves
1/2 tbsp fennel anise seeds
1/3 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 shrimp flavored seasoning
1 chicken flavored seasoning
Salt to taste
Olive oil for blending

Chef Tips
1. Marinate chicken overnight for best results, but no less than 3 hours
2. After chicken is cooked, wait 5-10 mins before cutting up chicken so that you don’t loose the juices in the chicken
