🔥 Workout Structure
EMOM – 3 Rounds(Complete the reps, then rest for the remainder of the minute)
• 12 Sumo Squats + 12 Pop Squats• 12 Overhead Reverse Lunges• 12 Clean & Press• 12 Froggie Squats + 12 Plank Push Backs• 50-second Plank Hold
After EVERY set:2-Minute AMRAP (goal: 2 rounds)• 6 Burpees• 6 Push Ups• 16 Bicycle Crunches
