In Level 2 of your Hamstring Mobility Mini-Challenge, I want to share with you how to bring in multiple planes and patterns while also more aggressively going after you lateral hip. Lateral hip tightness is often what can block you from mobilizing your lateral hamstrings. Improving lateral hip mobility will often make it much easier to mobilize your lateral hamstring which is often the most restricted hamstring region.
Remember.... that improving your mobility will require consistent training to take elastic changes and make the more long term plastic changes. So watch, start applying and save all 3 of these videos so you can progress at your own pace.
