We’re almost at the end of our 5 day journey together. Gift yourself this 33 minute practice to explore greater balance from the inside out. Day 4 is yet another ritual for the mind and body to support you during process and healing - in movement and stillness.
Our loving-kindness meditation practice is about opening ourselves up to others with kindness, compassion and equanimity. This can be challenging as it requires us to push back against judgments and labels that most of us experience.
