Why bother going for a hike when the weather forecast is poor? Well this video is about why I think its a Yes to getting out onto the hills when the weather isn't brilliant. I wonder up in poor weather to Fan Llia in the Fforest Fawr area of Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park and visit some lovely waterfalls proving its just great to get out and about whatever the weather.
