🌿Today’s session focuses on leg strength, movements to improve strength but also independence and everyday confidence.
This 10-minute chair-supported strength workout for seniors can be done standing with a chair for support, or seated. Take your time and move with control.
🪑 What you’ll need:
A chair
🧘♀️ Today’s exercises include:
knee extensions
seated marching
Sit-to-stand
mini squats
standing knee lifts
heel raises
🩺 Please consult your healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine. Move within your comfort level and stop if you feel pain or unwell.
Remember: You can pause at any time, hold the chair as much as you need, or choose the seated option.
