Описание: These four exercises will help with balance mobility and functional strength. The first is the farmers carry where you will stand in place and lift your knees, alternating right and left. This exercise works specifically on hip mobility and balance as well as core stabilization. The second exercise is side steps. Moving eight steps in one direction and then eight steps in the other direction helps with balance. In life, we move forward and backward, but not too often do we move side to side. We need to strengthen these muscles to ensure that we have a balanced body. The third exercise is side bends. These work our waist and core. The key is to control the body as it lowers to one side and lift up nice and strong. The third movement is a forward flexion and this focuses on hip mobility, balance, and core strength. These four movements will help increase the ease with which we all move every day in our daily activities. Enjoy!
