Описание: These 3 exercises help with balance and strength. You will be utilizing muscles that we normally don’t focus on throughout our day. The first exercise is a “leg swing”. This will improv your overall a balance as week as decrease your risk of falling. The second exercise “ sliding side lunge” works muscles we don’t want bagged enough throughout our day. This gives us overall balance and stabilization. The last exercise “ oblique knee lifts” will help with overall core strength as well as stability.
