Hey friends!
Here we go! This Follow Along 15-Minute Front Split Stretches video will help you closer to achieving your Split goals. I will guide you through some of my favorite stretches and put a lot of focus on our Hamstrings, because thats often the area that sets us limits.
Practice this Split Stretch Routine every day after your workout while your muscles are still warm. i don't recommend doing it with cold muscle as it increases the chances of injury.
Before you start the video I want you to know that our bodies are all so individual. For some of you it might take just a week of practice to be able to Get Your Split, for some it may take longer.
