these are served with green and red sauces and radish.

Ingredients
1/2 kg baby potatoes
2 cups fresh fenugreek leaves
1 large onion
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp crush red chilli
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp whole spices powder
green chilli
1 inch ginger
4 cloves of garlic
1 & 1/2 cup gram flour
oil for frying
for serving
reddish
green and red sauces

dice baby potatoes without peeling them
add all the ingredients except gram flour and mix.
add gram flour press and mix.
add water gently and mix until the mixture start holding the shape.
apply water on your palm and make shape of the mixture
fry in a low to medium hot oil until golden and crispy
serve with radish and green and red sauce
