chicken Palak is a winter special meal best for lunch and dinner. it's yummy and healthy at the same time.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken
1 kg spinach
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp cumin
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 large onion
2 tomatoes
1 green chili
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tbsp clarified butter
Cooking Procedure:
Heat oil and add cumin and cinnamon stick.
Add onion fry until light brown.
Add chicken and cook untill changes colour.
Add spices and fry for a while
Add tomatoes cook untill softens
then add spinach
it will release water, cook until water dries up.
add fenugreek leaves and clarified butter
enjoy with hot chapattis or boiled rice
