this pulao recipe is a balanced combination of vegetable meat and rice. it is delicious at the same time.enjoy yummy satrangi pulao.
1. Boiling vegetables
1 Cup carrot
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup peas
1 large potato
boil all the vegetables for 5 to 8 minutes and keep aside.
you can use any vegetable of your choice
2. making meatballs
250 Gm minced meat
1 small onion
a handful of fresh coriander
1 green chilli
and 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp all spices powder
grind the greens and the minced meat.
then add all the spices and mix until everything - well combined
