Former ultra marathon runner and cardiac arrest survivor, pursuing fitness through cycling.
I took advantage of a rare dry April day to ride the Elora-Cataract Trail. The trail winds through farmland and along the banks of the beautiful Grand River. I learned that even on a well marked trail, it's possible to get lost.
