So, when I tell a client to look for patterns in their exes social media, they go looking for photos and comments to and from other guys/girls. Yes, notice this but also when your ex used to like or comment on your social media and messages you. Then all of a sudden that pattern gets interrupted. It stops that can happen when your ex has met someone else and not want to do anything to upset the new person.

Sign #2 – You Hear From Your Friends
Sometimes friends tell you what they have heard, but you’re not getting the full story. Sure, they seen your ex out with someone else, but this could be anyone and there is no proof that it was a new guy / girl.

Sign #3 – They Don’t Respond
Where the dating is about speaking and getting to know different types of people and finding someone who gets your attention. At one time you can be speaking to multiple people getting to know what types of people you click with and who you find attractive enough to focus all your energy on that one person.

If your ex starts ignoring you, seemingly out of the blue then that could be an indication that he’s met someone worthy of his or her time.

Sign #4 – The Pendulum Swing
If your ex is moving from one end of the spectrum to the other, going from angry or upset with you to being friendly or even loving towards you. Giving you a false hope. Essentially if you notice this behavior in your ex it could be a sign that they have met someone else.

Sign #5 – They Tell You Specifically
This is the interesting one, when your ex decides to tell you themselves that they have met someone else. This is a rare occurrence as people are afraid of what sort of reaction they’re going to get from their exes when they say they’ve met someone else.
