Описание: Do you tend to have a sunken chest aka dropped pump handle? If you have fwd head posture or rounded shoulders you most likely need some anterior chest wall expansion. Do this each day for about 5 minutes. Expanding our chest from the inside out can help us gain abdominal control, help reduce fwd head posture, improve posture in general, and reduce back/neck pain.
