Let's show some love to our hard working feet with this 15 minute stretch and strengthening sequence to improve circulation and help release tension in your toes, soles, ankles and calves, while also building muscle.
Strong, flexible feet are the foundation for your whole body. They not only improve your balance and posture but also help prevent injuries. When feet are weak, the body may compensate by distributing weight differently, which can lead to pain and issues in the ankles, knees, hips, and back.
The good news? You can start to rebuild strength and mobility with simple foot exercises like the ones that are included in this flow:)
