Описание: Delicious Corn Salad with Smokies in the Air fryer

4 ears of corn cooked and the niblets removed or 4 cups of frozen corn cooked, drained and cooled
1 cup chopped green pepper
½ cup red onion
½ cup of feta cheese
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, quartered

For the dressing mix the following ingredients in a mason jar and shake well:
1 TBSP honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 TBSPS red wine or apple cider vinegar
½ cup olive oil or any light oil you prefer
Sprinkle of onion powder
Sprinkle of garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
