Bread Machine Recipe for Taco Salad and Doughgods

Описание: Cinnamon Bun, Doughgod, or Taco Bread Recipe

1 cup lukewarm milk
½ cup sugar
2 ¼ tsps. quick rise yeast
2 large eggs
1/3 cup soft butter
4 cups flour
¼ tsp salt

Add the ingredients to your bread machine pan as they are listed above. Place the bread machine pan in the machine and select the dough cycle. Allow the dough cycle to complete and then remove the pan from the bread machine. In a shallow pan, add 3 to 4 cups of oil that is good for deep frying. Bring the oil to 350 degrees. Form small balls of dough and flatten them between your fingers as you would with pizza dough. Place the prepared dough into the hot oil and let it cook until it's nice and brown, and then turn it over. Once it is fried on both sides, remove to a kitchen towel to drain excess oil. Now you are ready to eat it as you would a pancake or use it as the base to make a fry bread taco.
