And while these Filipino Style Spring Rolls maybe a bit different from what I normally make, they're no less easy or delicious. Especially when paired with my all time favourite dipping sauce.

Spring Roll Mix
1 Package Spring Roll or Lumpia Wraps (Egg Roll Wraps will work too)
250 g (1/2 lbs) Ground Pork (Or any other protein, omit for vegetarian and double the veg)
3-4 Green Onions
1 Cup Green Cabbage
1/2 Cup Kimchi
4 Cloves Of Garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp Ginger
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp White Pepper
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Egg + 1 Egg for Wash
Neutral Oil for Frying

Spring Roll Dipping Sauce
1 Tbsp Sambel Olek (Can sub Hot Sauce or other Chili Paste)
Tsp Fish Sauce
1 Garlic Clove
3 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/4 White Vinegar
1/8 Cup Water
