Описание: Sometimes all you need is some smooth jazz and a good stretch. Listen to some jazz with me while we stretch those muscles and get the joints moving. We’ll be targeting those common areas that tend to get tight, like the neck and shoulders, hips and spine.

This sequence is suitable for all levels, from stiff bodies who haven’t stretched in a minute, to athletes who feel a bit sore from training. You won’t need any equipment except for a soft surface move on comfortably.

As always, you’ll be guided by short on-screen cues with jazzy background music and a subtle timer, allowing you to fully focus on the sensations within. Remember to respect your limits, stop when experiencing sharp pains, move slowly and breathe deeply.
