i'm the first victor of this golden, but even at the time of this video going public, i wasn't the only person to have goldened this map, nor the only person to have it as their hardest golden. shoutout to ameris!!
thanks kailey for making the map, it's my new favourite map of all time. sorry for hard cheesing f3 though i swear i did it intended casually
thanks gravity for helping diagnose the lag spike in flag 1 and also finding Many golden saving strats (especially the manip to make the f5 coyote a 3f instead of a 1f or 2f, which i died to like 7 times before it was found)

difficulty opinion: tier 17
my first flag 0 run was like 25-30 hours of playtime before the win but i think i was very lucky to get the golden on my second run there and that balances out pretty well with the 7 deaths to flag 1
a bunch of yapping about difficulty that is invisible while watching the run:
f16 is the most inconsistent (emphasis on inconsistent, it's not the hardest) room in the map and the reverse into ultra into demo might be the hardest first input sequence in any golden longer than 5 minutes
the ultra chain at the end of f13 ragebaits you
the first core hyper in f11 is a 2f and getting around the core block as it reforms is more or less consistent depending on the day of the week. trying to cheese either of these moves makes them harder
the dash into the feather in f10 is a timing. if you do it at max height and don't tap down in the feather then you just die
the bubble hyper at the start of f8 requires you to do a 3f jump release timing for the downright after to work. you just die if you miss it
the first cornerslip in f5 is a 1f that is retriable if you go too early. it's surprisingly easy but i did die to it a few times
the bumper clip at the end of f4 is cycle dependent and you need to rely on peripheral vision to watch it because the neutrals are not very blind friendly. i completely missed the cue in this run and was shocked when the bumper didn't launch me upwards
the last spring ultra in f2 can sometimes not line up and kill you but it's not too difficult to tell when it's about to happen
the first dashbounce in f2 is a 1f
the two rcbs at the end of f1 have nefarious intentions and you have to release your lcj button immediately after hitting the second one or else the crumble on touch blocks offscreen won't break because you're still facing left and then you'll die
f0 has two different places where you can get 0f'd on a dash by having done an earlier dash too early even though it seems like the timing was fine because you collected a touch switch. the first one was the only death i had to the flag
all the extra deco needed for the celeste 100 berry edit was done by me, except for the reckoning flag which was done by tntgobang, the fortress mountain flag which was done by eddy, and the eye of the storm flag which was done by raboont. also shoutout to eta who made all of the skinmods for this event and that one flag sprite. surely next year nobody will do a platinum and we won’t need any more art
