Do the workout as a circuit for all levels. Exercise 1, straight into ex. 2, then 3. AFTER all 3 exercises, take your break and repeat for rounds.
Beginner: 3 Circuits
L-Kicks x 6 each way
Robo Dogs x :20 seconds forward
Balance x 5 head tilts w/3 sec hold each
:90 second rest and repeat
Intermediate: 3 Circuits
L-Kicks x 8 each way
Robo Dogs x :30 seconds forward
Balance x 8 head tilts w/3 sec hold each
:90 second rest and repeat
Advanced: 3 Circuits
L-Kicks x 10 each way
Robo Dogs x:20 sec forward, :20 back
Balance x 8 head tilts w/3 sec hold each
:60 second rest and repeat
