These are just going to be general times for sets and reps. Feel free to break them up how you need to be able to do them or adjust any of the times to your current level.
Use these as a guideline and then build on it when you are able to progress. Take whatever time you need to recover for the next set. 2 minutes or less should be the goal though. Focus on your breath during recovery. Breathing in and out through your nose and when you feel ready for the next set. Get after it.
Beginners:
Standing Plank 3 sets of :30 seconds
Suitcase March 2 sets of :30 seconds on each side
3 Point Plank 2 sets of :15 seconds each side
Intermediate:
Standing Plank 2 sets of :45 seconds
Suitcase March 2 sets of :45 seconds on each side
3 Point Plank 2 sets of :30 seconds each side
Advanced:
Standing Plank 2 sets of 1 minute
Suitcase March 3 sets of :45 seconds on each side
3 Point Plank 3 sets of :30 seconds each side
