Looking for a healthy, festive treat? Try my Sankrant Special Til Ke Laddoo a perfect blend of sesame seeds, peanuts, dates, and dry fruits. These energy-packed laddoos are quick, easy, and made without any refined sugar!
Ingredients:
Sesame seeds: 1 cup
Peanuts: 1 cup + 2 tbsp (reserve some for garnish)
Dates: 12 (pitted)
Dry fruits: 1/4 cup (optional)
Method:
1. Dry roast peanuts till crunchy and grind into a paste. Keep 2 tbsp aside.
2. Dry roast sesame seeds until golden.
3. Lightly roast dry fruits for 3-4 minutes and blitz them briefly.
4. Grind pitted dates into a paste.
5. In a bowl, combine peanuts, sesame seeds, dry fruits, and dates. Mix well.
6. Add reserved peanuts (optional) and shape into laddoos.
