Big change starts microscopic. In this 60-second Short, you’ll use Habit Stacking to attach a 10-second action to something you already do daily. Pick an anchor (wake up, brush teeth, make coffee), then apply the formula: “After I ___, I will ___ for 10 seconds.” Examples: five slow squats after coffee, floss one tooth after brushing, write one sentence after sitting at your desk. Why it works: predictable pairs link in the basal ganglia; tiny wins spark just enough dopamine to make tomorrow easier. Two rules: make it so small it’s hard to skip, and celebrate immediately. Stack it for seven days—small is sustainable; sustainable becomes automatic.
