Ingredients
Idli dosa batter – 1 cup
Avocado – 1
Onion chopped – 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped – 1
Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
Grate avocado or finely chop it.
First method:
Mix some water to dosa batter for the perfect consistency. Now pour half cup dosa batter on dosa tawa and sprinkle some onion and chili, then sprinkle half grated avocado and press slightly with fingers. Pour some coconut oil from sides. Cook on medium flame, flip the side after 3 to 4 minutes. Cook from other side. Serve hot immediately.
Second method:
Add chopped onion, chopped green chili and grated avocado to dosa batter, mix well and pour on dosa tawa. Spread properly with hands. Pour some oil from sides and cook on medium flame from both sides till golden color. Serve hot with chutney.
