FIREMANS SQUATS: Hamstrings, Quads and Glutes.
TO ME TO YOU'S: Chest and triceps.
BROKEBACK MOUNTYS: Full body (Ok, the forms a little off but you get the idea)
HORSE CRUNCHES: Standing partner - legs and core. Crunching partner - legs, abs and lower back.
STATIC PUSH-UPS: Chest, triceps and core.
PUSH-UPS: Chest, triceps and core.
TABLE DIPPING: Grounded partner - Shoulders, triceps, lowerback, core, glutes and hamstrings. Dipping partner - Triceps and shoulders.
LEAN ON ME'S: Grounded partner - Triceps, shoulders and core. Pressing partner - Chest, core and triceps.
DEADLIFTS: Hamstrings, lowerback and shoulders.
ONE ARM ROWS: Biceps and back both partners.
INVERTED ROWS: Pulling partner - Biceps and back. Standing partner - Legs.
SHOULDER PRESS: Shoulders and upper chest.
PIGGYBACK LUNGES: Legs and glutes.
SQUAT ROWS: Squatting partner - Legs, back and core. Laying partner - Biceps.
PRESSURE PUSH-UPS: Chest and triceps.
LEG PRESSES: Legs and glutes.
PLANK 'N' PUSH: Push-up planking partner - Core, chest and triceps. Pushing partner - Chest, triceps and core.
HYPEREXTENSIONS: Moving partner - Lower back and hamstrings. Grounded partner - triceps, shoulders and core.
