If you're looking for a quick and effective cardio session, this 15 min standing cardio HIIT workout is for you! I include a 3 minute standing warm-up in the beginning (not included in the 15 minute time), so in total this will be around 18 minutes. As always, I will show the low impact (no jumping) cardio modifications for every jumping exercise. So, you are able to make this an apartment-friendly cardio workout if needed!

There are many factors that go into the calories you burn, such as weight, height, intensity, gender, etc. Everyone is different and just because I burned 200 calories, does not mean that you will as well!

I am going my 100% but you will be different from me. Move faster or slower than me! The key with HIIT workouts is to go as hard as you are able to go for the allotted time. You will want to aim for around at least 70% max heart rate. This is my max due to my knee still recovering but feel free to go slower or faster than me in this video. Just don't stop until you hear that beep! Pace yourself based on your ability.

The goal of this workout is primarily to increase your cardio and just get your body moving at whatever intensity you are able to do! :)

STANDING HIIT WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 minute standing warm-up:
30 seconds back to back

15 minute standing workout:
45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
5 exercises
3 rounds
1 minute rest between rounds
