Burn fat and build muscle with 15 FANTASTIC follow along, HIIT style workouts in each Timeline. No equipment required for Timeline 1 and 2. All exercises customisable to suit your needs. Time based workout periods, not number based, so work at your own pace. Builds up to your “ASPIRATIONAL WORKOUT” for this Timeline on Week 4 Day 7.

The follow along HIIT calisthenic fitness and strength workouts, are “no equipment required” workouts which progress you STEADILY through the 28 days. The videos are specifically designed with audible instructions for the realities of workouts when you can’t always see the screen, as well as “on screen” instructions. He is an ex-professional sportsman [Squash – Veteran British Open Champion], and was notorious for his huge training sessions. Duncan has a sports science degree and has coached at Ivy League Universities in the US. He has created countless workout programs, trained hundreds of people for fitness and weight loss and developed patented sports products which were accepted into Walmart.
