Sensory meditations use one or more of the five senses and are a fantastic way for beginners to start meditating. Think sound baths, chanting, taste, touch, eating or looking meditations. By using one of your senses, it makes it easier to move into awareness.
I then guide us through a method from the Book of Secrets, called ‘Look at an Object as a Whole’.
This is a beautiful technique that will help you see the world, objects, people, and nature with fresh eyes. Try it and let me know how it goes for you in the comments.
