The M44 Camouflage uniforms was a slight improvement of the P42 that it helped its wearer or the Marine keep hold of their belongings or rations. The M44 utilized Herringbone Twill like the P42 and the standard utility uniform. In addition, it uses frog skin as a form of camouflage.
