Knee pain relief starts with building strength in the right places.
In this 20-minute mat-based foundation class, we begin with a clear explanation of the knee complex and common causes of discomfort, including osteoarthritis, Baker’s cyst, and joint instability. From there, we move into targeted strengthening exercises designed to support the knee and the surrounding joints that influence it.
This class is appropriate for:
✅ Prehab (preventative strengthening)
✅ Post-surgery rehabilitation (with medical clearance)
✅ Ongoing knee pain or instability
✅ Anyone wanting stronger, more resilient knees
We use a light resistance band to activate and strengthen key muscle groups that help stabilize the knee joint, but if you don't have one, you can still do all the exercises without one. Investing in a band though is worth your dollars and can be found here ⏬
