Welcome to my Boredom Buster Series, Day 12 - This is an intense Leg Day Workout with no repeat movements.
Video has Dumbbell extensions as text at the end, this is a typo, last movement is Kneeling Quad Extensions, sorry~
This series focuses on variety while maintaining intensity!
Each day will be a 30 minute workout with a huge variety of interesting and different movements to get you those gains without the tedium of doing the same thing everyday.
This series uses equipment:
Dumbbells 5-60 lbs
Yoga Mat
Workout block
Resistance bands and Heel blocks

12:45 - Bulgarian lunge left
