Welcome to my Endurance Leveling Series, Day 9 - An intense Fullbody workout.
This series focuses on training for building your Endurance and gain the longevity and practical strength needed in every day life!
Might also help you break down some walls you come across in your strength based training.
Each day will be a 30 minute workout with a huge variety of interesting and different movements to get you those gains without the tedium of doing the same thing everyday.
This series uses equipment:
Dumbbells 5-60 lbs
Yoga Mat
Workout block
Resistance bands and Heel blocks
Be sure to hydrate and warm up beforehand and I appreciate any constructive feedback in the comments!

Forward leaning lunges left then right 2nd +3rd circuit
Chest scoop to high row left then right 2nd +3rd circuit
Weighted ab toe touches

Squat rocks
Dead stop tricep push-ups
Boat pose

Side squat left then right 2nd +3rd circuit
Renegade row
