Rise Protein Bar (Almond Honey)
1 Medium Banana
Lunch:
1 Bowl of Minsley Cooked Brown Rice
3 Chicken Skewers (WestEnd Cuisine)
Dinner:
4 Chicken Skewers (WestEnd Cuisine)
2 Medium Bananas
1 Serving of Organic Spring Mix Greens
Post Workout Meal:
1 Scoop of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Power
1/2 Scoop of Optimum Nutrition Casein Protein Powder
Total Daily Calories: 1684
