Ingredients
Pineapple - 1 nos
Green chilli - 3 to 4 nos
Garlic - 16 to 17 nos
Tomatoes - 1 nos
coriander leaves - Small hand full
Dry red chilli flakes -1 tsp
Lemon - 1/2 pieces
Salt - 1 or 2 tsp
Method
First we have to peel the garlic and set aside.
Then washed the tomatoes ,green chilli ,garlic and garlic.
Then chopped the tomatoes and keep aside.
Then peeled the pineapple and cut it into small pieces ,set aside.
Crush the tomatoes into fine puree .
Then add coriander leaves, green chilli, garlic and dry chilli flakes grind them whole well and set a side.
Add the grinded masala into the chopped pineapple pan.
Then sprinkle some salt and add half squeezed lemon .
Combine them thoroughly so the ground spices evenly cover the pineapples
Serve the tasty Pineapple recipe
