Ingredients :

Pineapple - 2 nos
Onions- 3 nos
Green chilies - 2 nos
Ginger - 1 piece
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt - 1 tsp
Grated coconut - 1 plate

Method :

First peel and cut pineapple in to tiny pieces
Then peel and slice onions
Then cut green chilies and ginger in to small pieces and set it aside

Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds
Then add onion ,green chilies ,ginger and curry leaves
Saute it and then add the pineapple in to it and add salt and then saute again and cook it by closing the lid of pan for few minutes
Then open it and stir again
Remove from fire if it is ready

2:

Ingredients:

Pineapple- 1 nos
Rice flour - 1 bowl
Grated coconut - 1 plate
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup

Method :

Peel and cut pineapple in to small tiny pieces and set it aside
Then heat water in a large vessel and add salt and mix it
Then add rice flour and mix it till it gets cooked and remove from fire
Then make a dough out if it
Then heat water in a pan and add water
Then add sugar and make sugar syrup
Then add pineapple pieces in to it and stir well
Then add grated coconut and cardamom powder
Mix it well
Then remove from fire
Then take banana leaves and then spread the rice flour dough evenly and place the pineapple mixture on the middle and fold the banana leaf and place it on a preheated steaming pot
Keep it in the steaming pot for a few minutes
Remove from the steaming pot if it is ready

3:
Ingredients :

Pineapple - 2 nos
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp

Method :

Peel and cut pineapple in to long pieces
Then take a plate and add red chilli powder Mix, salt , pepper powder and sugar in it and mix it
Then coat the pineapple pieces in it and set it aside
Then heat a frying pan and add ghee in it and place the marinated pineapple pieces in it and shallow fry it and remove from the pan

We can have it as a tea snack
