🥤 NIMBU PANI – 3 VARIETIES

1️⃣ Shahi Nimbu Pani

Ingredients:

Sandalwood Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Saffron Strands – 5–6 (soaked in 1 tbsp water)
Sugar or Sugar Syrup – 2–3 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 pinch

Method:

Combine sandalwood powder and cardamom powder. Add 1 tbsp water and soak for 5 minutes.

Grind the mixture using a mortar and pestle.
Add 1/4 cup water and strain the mixture.
Add the remaining ingredients along with 1 cup water. Mix well and strain again.
Add ice cubes and serve chilled.

2️⃣ Lemon Ginger Flavour

Ingredients:

Grated Ginger – 2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Sugar or Sugar Syrup – 2–3 tbsp
Black Salt – 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/8 tsp

Method:

Add 1/4 cup water to the grated ginger and strain using a muslin cloth.
Add the remaining ingredients and 1 cup water. Mix well and strain.
Add ice cubes and serve chilled.

3️⃣ Mango Flavour

Ingredients:

Mango Pulp – 1 tbsp
Sugar or Sugar Syrup – 2–3 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Saffron Strands – 7–8 (soaked in 1 tbsp water)

Method:

Combine all the ingredients with 1 cup of water.
Mix well.
Add ice cubes, pour mango sharbat, and serve chilled.
