Day 3!
Get ready to shake your shamrocks! For the next 13 days we are going to GET LUCKY with Pilates!
Today we are STRENGTHENING those arms! Without weights! Whether you're feeling under the weather or just not in the mood to do weights, this session will help get those arms strong as can be! We'll use a variety of moves to engage your core and condition your body for any workout. With this workout we are STRENGTHENING those arms! We'll be doing some pilates exercises such as arm circles to build up your core, work on your weight balance and improve your overall strength of the arms!
Our pilates workout is perfect for those of you who don't want to spend all day in a gym, but want to look and feel healthier! Pilates gives your body long lasting benefits without weights, so it's ideal for busy schedules. The exercises in this video are easy and fun—and might even help you burn more calories!
