Описание: WEDDING GLOW UP SERIES! Sweating for the wedding 💪🏼 healthy high protein meal prep!

So glad you’re joining me for my wedding glow up series! This is just the beginning and my
next video will be my week 1 daily vlogs and updates!!

CHORIZO, EGG & POTATO BURRITOS
5 servings | 193 cals & 17g protein

-2 eggs
-77 grams pork chorizo
-306 grams breakfast hash browns
-258 grams egg whites
-5 carb counter tortillas (45 cals each)

Brown the frozen potatoes in a covered skillet, once they are almost done add chorizo in same pan and brown it, once both are cooked add in your eggs & egg whites- scramble everything together. Roll up into a tortilla, wrap in foil or parchment paper and keep in the fridge for 4 days or freezer! Reheat in the microwave!
Notes:
I’ve heard Soy-Rizo has better macros!
hash browns are the Hill country fare brand at Walmart


ASIAN STYLE TURKEY & VEG SKILLET -
4 servings | 390 cals & 32g protein

-94 grams cauliflower stir fry (trader Joes)
-1 package microwave jasmine rice
-1 pound ground turkey (mine was actually 19.2 ounces)
-1 red bell pepper
-10 Tbsp Gyoza Dipping Sauce (trader joes)
-235 grams frozen french green beans

Cook ground turkey & red pepper in skillet, season with garlic, salt, pep, etc. Then add in frozen cauli rice (I used Trader Joe’s brand) and frozen green beans (or bake them at 415 for 15 minutes like i did). Once that’s cooked add in cooked jasmine rice (i use the Ben’s microwave one but you can skip & use more cauli rice for lower cals) and the gyoza sauce. Let cook completely before putting in containers and storing in the fridge!
