We would like to share a case story about the work we did together to bring AI into the life of ABB Marketing and Sales Unite in a bottom-up supported way. We have run a pilot project where a selected front-runner AI users could participate and besides AI knowledge they got supported with solution-focused work redesign skills to move forward their projects they were working on. The project not only supported the participants to understand how to redesign work together with all involved parties but thought them the most important work redesign skills they can use not only around AI, but any topic they want to change.
