In Southeast Asia, the rapid rise of team coaching reflects cultural, organizational, and global trends toward effective teamwork, work-life balance, and meaningful engagement. This workshop introduces the Solution Focused team coaching process, adapted to the region’s diverse cultural context, including nuances such as group harmony, modesty, and the post-pandemic workforce. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants will explore the “Wisdom of the Geese” metaphor and SF techniques such as “And What Else?”. They will experience how Solution Focused team coaching fosters cohesion, engagement, goal clarity, and collaboration while uncovering strengths, cultivating gratitude, and infusing hope to inspire positive and sustainable organizational change.

Debbie Hogan is the Founder of the Academy of Solution Focused Training in Singapore, where she has been certifying practitioners worldwide since 2004. A Psychotherapist and Master Certified Coach (ICF), she specialises in Solution Focused individual and team coaching and holds an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching. A founding member of IASTI, Debbie is recognised internationally for her leadership in developing Solution Focused practitioners. She co-edited Solution Focused Coaching in Asia and authored a chapter on Strengthening Organisations Through Team Coaching. Through her ICF-accredited programmes, Debbie equips coaches and leaders to create meaningful, measurable change in teams and organisations globally.

Dave Hogan is a Master Executive Coach with over 30 years’ experience developing senior leaders and high-performing teams across Asia and beyond. As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and EMCC-accredited Team Coach (ITCA), he specializes in Solution Focused approaches to leadership and team transformation. Dave helps executive teams achieve clarity, alignment, and measurable results in complex, multicultural environments. As Director of the Academy of Solution Focused Training, he has trained and certified hundreds of coaches across all ICF levels. He also serves as President of SFiO Singapore and is recognised internationally for advancing Solution Focused team coaching practice.

Jane is a UK-trained Clinical Psychologist and Master Certified Coach based in Singapore, specialising in Solution Focused individual and team coaching. With over 20 years of experience, she supports leaders and teams to achieve growth, wellbeing, and sustainable high performance. She co-edited Solution Focused Coaching in Asia and authored a chapter on Strengthening Organisations Through Team Coaching. She brings deep insight into adapting coaching to diverse cultural contexts. Jane runs her own practice offering therapy, coaching, supervision, and training, and is an EMCC Senior Practitioner and Accredited Coach Supervisor and has the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ICF).
