The participants will create their individual SF Actualization Booklet, a tool to get them unstuck.
Aurie & Nicola will share their wheel of life tool and walk the participants through the reflection process.
The content of this workshop can be re-used for any challenging situation in the future.

Aurie Contosta is a Solution-Focused Coach since 2013. With more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources, she supports her clients in English & French with career coaching, intercultural coaching, and positive psychology life coaching.

Nicola McDonald was part of the financial industry for 15 years and is now a Certified Positive Psychology and Solution Focused Coach, Speaker, Author, Podcast Host and Entrepreneur. Nicola created Positive RolePlay Solutions in 2014 which provides value-based learning and development initiatives to her clients through workshops and individual coaching.

Together they created the SF Actualization Board workshop.
