✅ In This Routine, We’ll Do:
Basic Sit-Up Variations – Engage and target your entire Rectus Abdominis
Frog V-Ups – Focus on the lower abs for that deep core burn
Sit-Ups with Side Crunches – Sculpt and define your obliques
Plank Variations – Strengthen your entire core and improve stability
Ab Hold Variations with Scissor Kicks and Hoolow Hold - Target your Lower ABS, challenging endurance
Bicycle Crunch - Engage and target the rectus abdominis ("six-pack" muscle), the internal and external obliques on the sides of your waist, and the transverse abdominis
